Please note that this document is for Enterprise Users. For Talent users, please refer to the Talent User guide. Enterprise user is referred to as “User” in this document.

What is Talentprise?

Talentprise is a Talent Intelligence web platform. Designed to support Talents (i.e., Job Seekers) to find dream jobs. While providing equal support to Enterprises (i.e., Employers) to find the best-fit Talents. Talentprise is data-driven, powered by Ai to match Talents’ qualifications, motivation and preferences, with Employers’ personas and needs. In a nutshell, Talentprise uses intelligence and data to bring Talent visibility to Employers, not a source for CVs.   

Talent Badge

Talent Users are granted based on their data added to their Talent Biography and Assessment results. The badge score is calculated automatically based on the following inputs:

  1. Biography – Education (20 points)
  2. Biography – Experience (20 points)
  3. Biography – Expertise (20 points)
  4. Biography – Skills (20 points)
  5. Assessment – Competencies (20 points)

There are 4 badge levels:

  • Elite (score >90 out of 100)
  • Advanced (score 80-90)
  • Competent (score 65-79)
  • Rising (score <64)
What is Enterprise User in Talentprise?

According to Talentprise definition, Enterprise users are those users who are searching for talents to recruit. This includes in-house recruitment or indirect recruitment, i.e., freelance recruiters, headhunters, and staffing agencies.   

This document explains in detail the entire registration path for Enterprise users. After reading this document, users will understand the following:

  • The entire process of registering a new account.
  • How to review and change account settings at any time after registration.
  • The different offered features by Talentprise.
  • How to navigate in Enterprise dashboard and how to create Ai Headhunter.
  • Tips and tricks to help to get access to the best talents in the pool.

As a new visitor to Talentprise.com and wish to create an Enterprise account, please read this document carefully.

Authentication

To create an Enterprise account, first, the User need to click on GET STARTED button on the Talentprise home page. The user will be directed to the SIGN UP page. Click on ENTERPRISE. Users should have corporate email accounts to be able to register. Free/personal accounts are not permitted.

Tip #1

Read the Terms and ConditionsPrivacy policy, and Cookie policy before creating an Enterprise account.

Users need to provide account type, first and last name, company valid email address, and password. Click GET STARTED. Users will receive a link sent to the email inbox to verify email addresses.  

Tip #2

If no verification email is received, check the spam or other folders in the email inbox. Alternatively, Since the email is registered but not verified, Users can log in with the registered user name and password. Users will receive fresh verification emails again.

The registration process is made short and simple in 3 sections (estimated time 3 min on average):

  • Section 1: Contacts
  • Section 2: Privacy
  • Section 3: Enterprise

Section 1 – Contacts

  • Location: User’s current location. Start typing city/county or click on the location icon and allow the system to detect the User’s current location.
  • Telephone: add the User’s mobile number for verification.
  • The user receives an SMS message on mobile with a code for verification. This step is mandatory to continue.
Tip #3

Enterprise Users’ contact details are not accessible by Talentprise Users. Unless Users decided to share their contact details with other Users.  

Section 2 – Privacy

Privacy: Who should view the User’s profile on Talentprise?

  • Not visible to any user: The user account will be invisible to all users.
  • Talent and Enterprise users: The user account will be visible to all Users.
  • Talent users only: User The account will be visible to Talent accounts only.
  • Enterprise users only: The User account will be visible to Enterprise accounts only.
Tip #4

Registered Enterprise users are NOT visible publicly in search engines. This is to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of users’ data. Visibility of Enterprise users is according to the user-defined privacy rules mentioned in section 2 above “Privacy”. 

Section 3 – Enterprise

  • Company Name: Start typing. Users can select from the list or add the company name if not found.
  • Company Website: Start with http:// or https://.
  • Company Type: Select from the list.
  • Company Size: Select from the list.
  • Industry: Start typing. User select from the list the relevant industry.
  • Job Title: Type your current Job Title.
  • Headquarter: Start typing, city/country from the list.
  • Company Logo: Users upload the company logo.   

Press ALL DONE and then GO TO YOUR DASHBOARD. Users will be directed to Enterprise Dashboard.

Enterprise Dashboard

Enterprise Dashboard is a blank page for first-time access. The created AI Headhunters will be placed in the User’s dashboard. Registered Users will be directed to Dashboard in future logins.  

The Dashboard has a number of features for Employers to use while searching for talents.

  • Notification: Automatic generated personalized notification, such as to inform Users of new talents joining the talent pool.
  • Chat: For Users to start chatting with specific Talents.
  • Search bar: allow Users to search talents by name.
  • The “+” green icon to create new AI Headhunters.
  • My Talent Pool: Personalized talent pool of talent profiles that are saved by Users.
What is Ai Headhunter?

AI Headhunter is a sophisticated Ai algorithm that carries Enterprise Users’ Personas. It runs complex operations and data processing to compare Enterprise Persona with the registered Talents in the pool and returns back talent profiles and matching percentages.
Every Ai Headhunter has a unique name defined by Users and stored in the Dashboard. It keeps processing data in the backend. Users can modify personas at any time. Users can replicate AI Headhunters, delete, or create new ones.

How to create a new Ai Headhunter

On Dashboard, click on the green “+” icon located in the lower right corner of the page.
A window will pop up, assign a name for Ai Headhunter. You can also replicate any existing Ai Headhunter.

Tip #5

It is highly recommended that Users assign names to AI Headhunters based on the targeted talents to hunt. For example, if a User is searching for a Web Developer, it is advisable to name the new Ai Headhunter “Web Developer” or “Sr Developer” or “Front End Developer”

Press CREATE button.

Now is the time to define the Persona of the created Ai Headhunter. The persona has 4 sections to be defined. All fields are optional except Occupation and Location. Both fields can be found in the first section (Job details).

Tip #6

For best talent matching results, it is highly recommended to fill up the persona in detail covering all or the majority of the fields to narrow down the search.

Section 1: Job details

  • Occupation (mandatory). Items in the list are not inclusive. Start typing to view more options.
  • Currently at this Occupation: tick the box if the selected occupation is desired to be the latest Occupation of the Talents.
Tip #7

It is very important to do detailed research on the available occupations. Start typing in the occupation field to view refined options. AI Headhunter uses Occupation input as a primary data source for processing and sourcing matching candidates.  

  • Location (mandatory). The desired location of Talents.
  • Search for talents willing to relocate here. Tick the box if Users are interested in talents who are willing to relocate to the desired job location (if the job requires physical presence).
  • Attendance: Select the desired attendance option.
  • Job type: Select the desired job type option.
  • Key activities/Context: Select the job activities and context. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.

Press NEXT

Section 2: Experience

  • Job title: Type the job title of the targeted talents.
  • Years of experience: Select the desired years of experience of the talents.
  • Employer: Type Talents Employers name, if Users are targeting specific Employers.
  • Industry: Type Industry name, if Users are targeting a specific Industry. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Expertise: Type Expertise, if Users are targeting specific Expertise. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.

Press NEXT

Section 3: Education

  • Degree: Select the desired degree of the talents.
  • School: Select the desired university, if Users are targeting specific schools. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Course: Select the desired Course of study. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Campus/Country: Select the desired County from which the targeted talents are graduated.

Section 4: Skills

  • Professional Certificate: Select the desired Professional Certificates of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • IT Skills: Select the desired IT Skills of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Languages: Select the desired language skills of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Traits and Competencies: Select the desired Traits and Competencies of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Values and Motivation: Select the desired Values and Motivation of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
  • Personal Skills: Select the desired Personal Skills of the targeted talents. The list is not inclusive. Start typing to view refined options.
Tip #8

“Traits and Competencies” and “Values and Motivation” are identified by an assessment taken by all Talent Users. The assessment is a prerequisite for registration. The result of the assessment can be viewed in the Talent ID Card.  

Press CREAT HEADHUNTER

Ai Headhunter Talent Pool

The system will create Ai Headhunter and load it in the dashboard with the assigned headhunter name. Users can create additional AI Headhunters by repeating the same process. Every headhunter has one targeted Occupation.  

AI Headhunter processes the provided persona data inputs. Data processing takes a few seconds or minutes. A Blue indicator is demonstrated in the Dashboard to show work in progress. Once the AI headhunter completed the data processing, a talent pool will be loaded. The matching % will be calculated for each Talent in the pool.

To access the Ai headhunter pool, Users need to click on the AI Headhunter box. A list of Talents will be displayed with matching percentages.

Filtering and Sorting

A large number of talents will be available in the headhunter talent pool. Users can use Filter and Sort functionalities to narrow down the options.

Talent Comparison

How does talent comparison work?

A great feature to compare talents. Select minimum 2 and maximum 4 talents and press compare. The system will calculate the best-fit talents and arrange them in order. 1st pick talent means the best option of the selected talents.

Talents to “My Talent Pool”

How can users create a private talent pool?

Users can create their own talent pool or so-called My Talent Pool. Potential talents can be saved in My Talent Pool by clicking on Like, i.e., the pink heart icon.
To access My Talent Pool, on the Enterprise dashboard, click on My Talent pool.
Users can use Filter and Sort functionalities to narrow down the talents available in My Talent Pool.
Users can write notes on any talent saved in My Talent Pool. To do So, click on the paper blue. Type the notes related to the Talent. Users can come back to review these notes in the future.
Note: written notes are personal notes and are not shared with Talents.  

Talent ID Card

What is a Talent ID Card?

ID Card is a set of all Talent-related data including contact details, assessment results, ranking, and insights made by Talentprise intelligent engine. ID Cards are made available for Enterprise Users to review. To access a talent ID card from Dashboard or My Talent Pool by clicking on any place inside the Talent record.
Note: Talent contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers are verified.

Chat with Talents

Users can chat with talents, ask questions, or even schedule an interview. Chat can be done from the Talent ID Card. Press on the CHAT button and send a message to Talents.

Note: Talent users can’t chat with Enterprise Users unless Enterprise users established a chat channel.

Search by Name

Users can search for Talents by name, first or last name by clicking on the “Search for talent by name” bar. Type the name and click “Enter” or click on the magnifier. A list of talents will be displayed. Users can click on any talent record to access the talent ID card.
